Mink v h Wittfeld - what can you tell me about him & Lindenhalle ? - Page 2

Duke - genetically it only makes sense that Irko is NOT like Mink, as Irko is linebred on Dasty, and only has Mink once in the 5th generation on sire side. In fact, it is an announcement about Irko and Chira that led me to investigate their genetics, and see that Mink is in Irko's background. Because Mink is not in a lot of dogs' genetics, and I don't know much about him [other than a friend long ago had a Mink offspring (IIRC)], I thought that this thread would give me some more insight to satisfy my curiosity.

To diverge a little bit then, what can you (collectively) tell me about Dasty vom Gries?

not much and I dont really care about dasty, as he is way back in the pedigrees as well,I would mind the female more, Chira is exeptional producer, with strong lines behind her, think they will make good pups together

the young dogs I have out of Chira with another male are exeptional IMO, im running on 6 from litter of 7

I will be curious to see what Chira produces on this side, glad that she gave you some nice prospects. :)

offspring of both Chira and Irko is real good, so together should be interesting

who is Chira?
Irko's mom very impressive built, nice and sturdy dame.
not often lately this type can be seen around.

Chira, is a nice looking female with good blood. Some of my favorite dogs are scattered throughout the pedigree.

Here is the link to pictures to some of Mink's progeny.  A lot of these dogs look like I remember about his line.

Koots, I have no idea about Jana’s progeny, other than her blood is know to sometimes to produce female puppies with certain traits that I am interested in.
