Who will be the sieger for 2005??

by Nicie on 18 August 2005 - 08:08

I think Erasmus

by ham on 18 August 2005 - 08:08

why do you think Erasmus, I think they should be a break from Ursus line for the VA1 place this year as they are plenty of dogs waiting on there way to be VA1 out of ursus line.

I doubt whether Hill will be shown this year....if not, its Erasmus....what line he is carrying is immaterial ....what is important is that whether he is worthy enough of the title or not....I think he is....Orbit and Quirin goes up the line ....the dogs from Karat's ' will be there in the VA....another dog , Chuck, should move into the VA too.

Definitely Erasmus as he is the best producer in the new VA group! Just because a Line is common doesn't mean that it isn't good! Ursus line is very common beacuse of it's reproductive abilities. Earlier it was Jeck Noricum and Zamb Wienerau! Remember what walter Martin said, The next big sire in Germany with great generic potiential to raise the breed again, believe me, will come only from Zamb Wienerau or from Jeck Noricum (both son of Odin Tannenmeise, who is a son of Quando Arminius) -- only from these two dogs, not from any other. Never. Never." WALTER MARTIN

Please can somebody give me a list of cheap hotels or private lodging accomodation in Ulm from 1 to 4 September. Thanks

I think Zamp will also move is the VA line if he come with a good progeny, and Lauser should also make VA, he is producing very good .

Hill is finished. He is not being shown at the Landesgruppen shows. Erasmus is unlikely to win since it looks like Larus v Batu will be shown again. Larus has already won twice under Scheerer at Landesgruppen shows & Scheerer is judging the Gebrauchhunds class. For Eramus to have a chance, Larus would have to be pulled. And even then, he would not be odds on favorite. Quirin v Hochmoor has done quite well also.

Brittany

What about Ando? I think he should win... as he produced some extreme identical 3 best males, Atlas, Rocky and Boy as far as I know of. I do not know the female, maybe somebody can share? I do Admit that we should let Ursus free lines give it a shot for a while... it will probably improve the breed more.

Ando is finished. He is not being shown at this year's Landesgruppen shows. Besides he went backwards last year, a sure sign his show career is over.
