WHY IS THIS WOMAN TRYING TO DEFRAUD US?? - Page 1

This is a warning to everyone who has replied or is THINKING about replying to ads appearing on the Database over the last several days from user VKGSD. Her email is Coloradogsd@aol.com, and her paypal is payable to "Kevin Fox". The woman will only give her first name of "SaraH" I put a 300.00 dollar down on her supposed "yasko grandson" also untrue, and when I asked for name of dam/breeder I got excuses, lies, placations. RUN , don't walk away from this person. She is nasty and she tells so many lies that she cannot remember which one she has told last. I am particularly hurt because not only has she defrauded me, my daughter who is severely disabled. I had hoped to train this large dog to be a brace for her in and out of her wheelchair, and to assist her in her daily life. The breeder of this dog, who is a DECENT, NICE person was very surprised to hear that the dog was being sold. It is still owned by the breeder. Her ads are as follows, "Gorgeous Yasko Grandson" 4-16 "Free to Good Home" 4-19, "Nice West German Male" 4-17;Must sell Nice Pedigree (Yasko, Flick, ursus) 4-22 This woman makes ALL dog breeders with ethics look BAD. She still refuses to send the deposit back that she holds, along with the dog that she has that she apparently DOES NOT OWN. I too spoke with this person you mention. She said that the male puppy she was selling was a trade for one of her titled bitches, so she was selling him and had to sell him quick. I told her I was interested but had to discuss it with my husband. In the meantime I asked her to send me the names of the pups sire/dam and a head shot of the puppy. She refused to give me her phone number and preferred to do all by e-mail. Well I have not heard from her, not by phone or by e-mail. It is a shame that there are those out there that would do anything for money, but this should only help us to do our research and no be afraid to ask questions. Not everyone involved in the german shepherd world is dishonest. It is for this reason tht this site proves so valuable to us. Deb

her phone# is 719-229-7734 and she is in Colorado and I spoke to her and she said she has the female and male from same litter I too asked she email me the pedigree/ownership etc....we'll see. I suggest all either call or email her until she gives the folks back there money. That's disgusting to do that to someone. God Bless Victory!!

I have found additional contact information from her she currently lives in colorado but is planning a possible move to Oklahoma and has a phone# there of 405-707-9323 which she claims is her friends that takes some calls for her but they also have a website www.schutzhund.net and another email address of fumi@schutzhundgsd.net and this is her apparent new identity as she has the same dogs on the site for sale!!! WATCHOUT!!!!LET'S KEEP ON HER TIL SHE DOES RIGHT BY VICTORY!!!

Dear Kathy Gray and Ken tank, From what I understand you can ask PAYPAL to put it in dispute OR have it returned to you as you didnt receive the 'item'. Im just guessing that you paid the deposit thru paypal as you mentioned her paypal ID. Now, here we go again for the instructions... from the "just amazed post" When buying a dog/pup, here is what i recommend one asks upfront: ADULT DOG: Pedigree faxed to me prior to purchase Note the owner on pedigree Double Check ownership that countries registry References Show cards, Titling Book faxed to me then Send DEPOSIT first Request for transfer of ownership by seller Have proof faxed to me of transfer (bescheinigung in Germany) Once that PROOF is in my hands, send the remainder of the purchase/shipping price. When buying a PUP: Ownership of Sire/Dam proof of DNA registered (akc does this too ok DNA register I mean) Have ownership of litter faxed to you AKC will answer the litter registration question over the phone to you. called "Wurf Meldeschein" in Germany (litter reg. cert) The owner of the DAM has this and it will proof to you that he/she owns the litter and the Tattoo-er of their area has filled it out, with all tattoo nrs/names on it as well as the Sire and Dam of said litter. They ALWAYS get a copy ok. If they CAN NOT produce this, DON'T BUY THE PUP, as this may be a litter bred OUTSIDE of the alloted 90 breedings OR someone who is the care taker of the Stud without authorization of the owner and wants to make a quick buck and is paid under the table with in mind to sell it abroad. ENTIRE Litters are bred/sold like this because they know they can get away with it... Once the pup is here what are you going to do about it???

It is still owned by the breeder" So you are saying, this person has falsely advertised a dog, that is not in their possession? What does the breeder think of this? Also, what is the excuse the money is being held?

Sportstuff could you please go back and read your message? Are you like trying to create an army of stalkers and harrassers? You don't even have any proof that anything wrongful occurred. And for God's sake don't anyone ask any questions!

Hey buddy! How are you I was going to email you next to get involved. I agree you should be able to speak your mind and have an opnion without listening some foul response. Keep it going my friend the nTRUTH hurts sometimes and people get angry. Take Care, Sportstuff And I'll watch for the stalkers and harassers. By the way keep doing what you do and stand up to all as you have as much right to your opinion as they do theirs. I respect you for that and not backing down... Not many would do that especially when it seemed like the last post you requested I read and did you were all by yourself against about anyone who posted and still held your ground. Good for you!!
