One that will get along well with children and other dogs. Willing to give 75 to 100 dollars. ~~~(German Shepherd must have moles on the face~~~) and colors mainly tan and black. Needing GSD for husband been looking for years." I cant believe the mole request LOL.

careful you will give ideas to the pet trade breeders reading for a new selling angle "rare beauty marked GSDS!"

I had a request recently for a puppy that would grow into a certain color, certain size(lbs),with particular markings on the face, that would not be afraid of thunder and lightning and that would never get sick. I had to admit that we were not up to her standards and advised her to seek out a more reputable breeder, that could guarentee her request.

A friend of mine searched for several years to get a silver and black with "cute" crooked teeth exactly like his priceless childhood pet. He did not succeed !

I had a phone call from a guy looking for the short legged type of German Shepherd. I told him I breed according to SV regulations and that the short legged ones are not recognized!

The 2 best I've ever heard--- The lady in Michigan-- No fear of hip dysplasia in her pure bred GSD puppies because 3 or 4 generations back there was a malamute and they don't get hip dysplasia. The guy in Michigan-- Breeds labs to poodles (labradoodles) and gets the "best" of both in every puppy in every litter. "Big Bucks" selling to idiots! Morgan

Not an ad...but a request, as those are being cited too. A potential buyer wanted a female puppy, who would have excellent hips and conformation. A working pup who would V rate. AND that would have working ability good enough to go to the WUSV - with him training it himself. ANNNDDDD!!!!!!!!!!! He did not want to pay an "inflated American price", but the "same price that one would pay for an 8 week old puppy in Germany" LOL I told him if I could guarantee that such a puppy existed in a litter of 8 week old pups, I would keep it for myself!

Hey the recent "ass stud" was pretty funny on this website as well as the "made in China German Shepherd puppies".

He did not want to pay an "inflated American price", but the "same price that one would pay for an 8 week old puppy in Germany" Kougar: It never amazes me that people want you to bring them back dogs from Germany and want to know what they cost ME. They could care less about my plane fares, rental car fee, gas for the rental car, hotel room(when needed), and food while on the ground. And I failed to mention that my time is worth SOMETHING(and I don't mean an arm and a leg).

The funny part about this character ( on the same ad of what i placed up) is that i contacted her and she replied back with: "This is (censored) I recently found a German Shepherd for "65.00" from a local Shelter. He is purebred and does have some "hip problems" but is a wonderful dog especially with my 2 yr old. Thank you though for your email. Sometimes luck comes our way." Now this person was so worried about the dogs having moles on it's face but isn't worried about having hip problems? which is more important to have? Moles or getting a dog that's HD free? Even know the dog isn't being used to breed the dog should have good hips, knowing that their going to be using their hips in activities. Heres my finial email, which i haven't gotten an email back from her yet. "Excuse for my concern but why would you want to get a dog that has hips problems? Are you planning on spending the money for total hip replacement? I heard it can go into few ( or more) thousands of dollars for the costings.... with that much you could buy a dog that already had hip xrayed and is cleared, already trained and titled(training titles) and bunch more. If you want to learn more let me know."
