I rescued a 7 mo old GSD - Page 1

Completely unplanned, but truly welcomed! This is her 3rd home, sadly. She was initially purchased and, from what I understand, tied to a tree from the age of 3 months. She was given to a man doing yard work and he presented her to his girlfriend as a gift. They had her for 2 months and then broke up. The woman couldn't handle her, since she had absolutely no training. I had recently moved, along with my granddaughter and her son and had watched this dog drag the woman around the neighborhood for two months. I started helping her with basic obedience and when she and her boyfriend split, she asked me to take her. She's eager to please, but still a wild child with no house manners. A work in progress, but coming along nicely! Now, if I can figure out how to post pics again....
