Jumping to conclusions is a waste of time. PDB has been having problems uploading pictures and Oli the owner is working on fixing the problem. Even the admins sometimes are getting the 404 and 405 errors, but we will help you with any problems that you have.....  if you write to us. You just have to ask..... complaining on the forum does not solve the problem.

I am on 2-3 times a day at various hours so just send me an email and explain your problem.  But remember that we have 6 admins for 249 breeds and hundreds of dogs are added daily, so allow us a little time.

Dogs are removed when they do not follow PDB requirements.

By the way, this is a message that I received from  staalhamer the other day when I asked them to fill in required data.

Gsd heritage,

I have asked, begged for edit rights, requested no less than 4 times. I have personally messaged you that I have updated STACKED photo to upload, as well as update health information. (He is a DM carrier. Not clear that was on there before) I have followed the rules. I do not care who uploaded the last photo. Photos are supposed to be of stacked dogs anyways. I have always done my best to follow the rules.

I have previously advertised here. Not so much in the forums anymore because they're dead. No new information do I ever see, no heated passionate debates.

Please grant my edit rights so I can go on about my business and you yours. I don't need to waste valuable time and energy begging to update a photo of my dog and some health information, so that when I link back to his pedigree, people have the correct information.

Thank you.

Melba,

There are other members that have requested to put information not found on the OFA site for AKC Registered Dogs however, the PDB Admin only accepts OFA for these dogs.

Will add these members when they found out this sent results to OFA and the information is  now found on the PDB.

The reason is OFA is the recognized and Admin can check these dogs for proof as other members have complained when false information has been entered.

Thank you for doing your job and successfully deleting my dogs. Again, I do not need you. Have a good evening.

So, what about the stacked photos. Pdb wants laying down dogs and not stacked?

FWIW, OFA accepts, with $, the test results from DDC, yet pdb will not. Even with proof.

Insanity I tell you.

I updated the picture for you no problem at all

Melba,

The PDB has OFA for hips and elbows to enter health information that was set up by the owner of the site for AKC dogs.  Now the health section does not have OFA but members do put additional OFA information on dogs there.

The parents for this dog appear to never be tested for DM.
