Here ya go...just read this a few minutes ago. Susie needs to come on in...:-)

A month after U.S. President Trump called out the ridiculous globalist economic agenda and withdrew the U.S. from participating, German Chancellor Angela Merkel responded on August 20th, 2017, by removing her own country from the primary treaty demands. Five months later, January 2018, the anointed leader of far-left international political policy then withdrew entirely from the 2020 carbon emission reduction goal.

All of these moves only further evidenced that ‘climate change’, vis-a-vis the Paris Treaty, was/is an insufferable economic control policy; a ruse; a scheme manufactured by global financial elites who seek power and leverage upon the sheeple proles. Merkel well understands that global emission control mechanisms, specifically carbon reduction schemes, are nothing more than policy tools to exfiltrate national wealth.

Today, much to the chagrin of the barking moonbats and pontificating international elites, Chancellor Merkel refuses to change her position:

(Via Reuters) […] Merkel said such calls, most recently from the European Commission’s climate chief Miguel Arias Canete, for swifter cuts to harmful carbon dioxide emissions would be counterproductive, adding that setting new goals made little sense when European countries were already struggling to meet their cuts targets.

“I’m not particularly happy about these new proposals,” she said of Canete’s call to increase from 40 to 45 percent the scale of cuts to target by 2030.

“I think we should first stick to the goals we have already set ourselves. I don’t think permanently setting ourselves new goals makes any sense.”

Merkel’s government has already faced criticism for abandoning emissions targets it had set itself for 2020 after concluding they were unachievable, while sticking to a target it had set itself for a decade later. (read more)

Unfortunately climate issues are not going away and we beyond the point of no return as the majority of respected scientists, geologists, climatologists, marine biologists, etc. say.  We can already see the damage climate change has brought.  I don't see how anyone who understands basic science can deny we are experiencing unprecedented global climate change.  Also weather and climate are not the same.  Weather is short term like today is hot and sunny, climate is decades long.

Mindhunt, climate change is not unprecidented. I know, the dialogue is; but it's never happened so fast!
And they know that because they interpreted glaciers content and mud to indicate millions of year for the temp to raise by a decimal .
And no need to go to the climate and weather are not the same spiel....anyone with an IQ over room temperature has had that drilled into their head by now. It's not as difficult to understand as the lecturers like to make it out to be.
So it makes zero difference to the climate whether or not I buy into the scam of taxing countries to death, in order to " fight" climate change. And no point trying to blame me for it because of my beliefs.

BTW, when are all the hollyweirds and algore going to stop polluting the world with their big jets?

After all, I drive to town every other week or so, and that's it...I don't even use mosquito repellent.

Monsanto etal have done a number on the insects...drive down the hiway and not one bug splat on the windshield for years now. And this year, no bees to pollinate anything...way out here in the country, no acorns, no chestnuts, hardly any hickory nuts...and the trees are full of leaves, lots of rain not even any butterflies on the butterfly bush...I saw one this year...no draggon flies.....every body I talk to says their garden sucked this year...nothing to pollinate. Same here in our garden..a few long beans, what tomatoes there are rot before you can get them in the house!

The plants are big and beautiful, just nothing to pollinate them...and that's not global warming, that's disappeared insects complements of Monsanto!

Joanro, don't get me started on the evil empire of Monsanto.  In Florida we have to import bee hives to pollinate plants and many out of state bee keepers are not sending their hives here because of the ridiculous use of pesticides.  We are just now seeing the effects of Big Sugar and all those businesses fertilizing their lawns and using pesticides and week killer which flows into the Okeechobee and subsequently down the river into the Gulf, poisoning that has gone on unchecked for years.  Red tide has been horrific here, it is unprecedented on the duration and severity and it will take our coastal community a while to recover.  The smell alone was horrendous as were the respiratory effects.  Yes Climate Change is impacting our climate and our planet.  It too is unprecedented in history since as far back as carbon dating can go.  Irmageddon was ridiculous and thankfully our home was not damaged.  Hurricanes are getting stronger, more frequent, they are traveling to places not seen in years.  I fear the world my son and grandchildren will inherit.

Where I live, during certain times of the year, there are insect hatches so prolific that when you drive down the highway, the bugs hitting your windshield sound like rain.    There are no large agricultural zones with the spraying of tons of pesticides or herbicides, and local, organic produce is easy to find.

Warming isn't real only fake news is real. Facts aren't facts because reality is bent, bent so badly we believe a habitual liar because of our politics. Trump is Obama's fault, right? Now back to our regularly scheduled programming. Monsanto, lol.
