How to upload picture

Hi everyone!

I'm new to posting on this site, and I'm having a problem uploading photos.  It says the size is too big to upload.  How do I reformat the picture so it's an appropriate size?  Thanks.

Under the Information tab at the very top left side there is a tab that says tutorials. There is information there that tells you how to upload a picture. I don't think you have to actually put in the specific information, you can enlarge the photo once it's uploaded by dragging it. I'm real bad at computers, but I actually uploaded one.
