hahahaha. i think some of the replies you are getting are just plain FUNNY!!! this certainly looks like a pure bred dog. i have an american line "ot vitosha" from europe and also a german line "vom adlerauge" malinois. they are both differnt in confirmation and coat and a whole plethora of other things. the comments about the ears and the tail assembly and the face sharpness is RUBBISH! please look on "working-dog.eu" you will find all kinds of different confirmation there. then you can judge for yourself or have blood work done..

i would say by the general structure of the dog you have a purebred malinois, plain and simple. but i'm not getting into a pissing contest with anyone. i know what you look like. :D :D :D

*ConFORMation. Not trying to be rude, that is just a pet peeve of mine when people discuss conformation. Wink Smile

I'd say there is a shepherd somewhere in the wood pile.

I don't take the breed test kits seriously. I knew of a KNPV Malinois that came back as part Cocker. I have my doubts that the Dutch use Cockers in their KNPV program, or maybe that is their secret Teeth Smile

But who cares? OP seems happy with getting him, and he is a healthy looking, handsome dog.

To me it looks like a GSD/Mal Mix ;)

Looks more Mal to me, especially in the stifle. Without papers, I would call this dog a Malinois.
