I buy about 5 dogs from him , and i dont have problem . i shipped the dog to USA,Kuwait and more . Everyone custumer love his dogs which i buyfrom him and sell in another country .and i contuning of buying .

I bought a dog from Alexander kennels. My dog is Buda v.d. Alexander. My dog was shipped to me when he said he would and my dog is great. Everything I expected and more. Alexander could communicate better but he did not in anyway try to rip me off.

Why has no one else had problems with this guy?

we bought 2 males and 2 females totalling near $20,000. the one female from serbia came with export papers and she is now akc registered
the 2nd female came with unsigned papers and the wrong pedigree for export and it is 100% a different female
the 2 males came with no papers with a statement from him that they were at the "kennel club" and would be sent soon. i offered to pay the fed ex and he said no that he would take care of it that was 4/12/16
6 times he has told us the papers were coming or had been sent
4 weeks ago he said the papers were lost in the mail
2 weeks ago he claims to have gone to the post office and that the papers were returned there
he was told to fed ex he said he would
as of 11/29 still no papers
and don't forget papers aren't going to help ice vom bierdershof to grow his 2 missing teeth nor will it get him sperm

so 3 weeks ago i receive a copy of a billof ladding from alexander stating that it is the recept for the dog being shipped. not another word in 3 weeks so i sent a question to the mail service in serbia and this is what i got and yes i put it on google translator and the translation makes no sense....anybody able to read this thanks in advance Поштовани,

Sorry, I tried several translation programs.

It kind of says that something was shipped November 24. - and in case it doesn´t arrive ( normally within 10 days ) the shipper somehow has to take care of it (?).

But this doesn´t seem to be FedEx, but "normal delivery". Maybe for the paperwork that didn´t find the way to you...

Did you get a FedEx tracking number?

I would give it a little more time if this is saying your papers were shipped Nov 24 of this year. It took about 30 days to get one of our dog's papers from Hungary from the ship date.

it is the 6 th time since 4/12/16 that he has told me he shipped and or lost them
