Nick
I don't see any titles until you get to the third gen. Not saying that these can't be dynamite pups, but have you seen the parents work?

I would pass on the breeding you posted. Can you list some specific traits and level of drive you would like to have in your next dog?

O.K. maybe some special people who never made mistake starting from ground zero and learning about dogs, no matter the venue/direction.

but many people do start from zero knowledge, no mentor, no military or LE, just desire to do.

for anyone to disparage the O.P. because he/she made mistakes and now asks questions/opinions/advice to try and avoid same mistakes again, all I can say to you is congratulations on your perfect journey in the GSD World.

I can say it is not the same for everyone.

jmo,
Rik

nick, find and participating in club is good advice.

just from my experience, a club I was in, a very prominent member bred (and promoted here) dogs with what I consider serious problems.

so, no, just doing club is not enough. no way to gain experience other than doing.

one of the most promising young dogs I ever saw was from a no name litter/no name breeder, ($400.00 U.S.). everyone at club was impressed. but buyer was very experienced.

good luck to you,
Rik
