TDLR-- she has produced and sold at least one entire litter of puppies with completely falsified paperwork for a ridiculous price of $3500

The owners do not know that their dogs' registration has been suspended from AKC

The breeder is attempting to breed dogs with falsified documents and is misrepresenting them as AKC full registered dogs when they are not. She also continues to lie and lie and lie about it.

See attached proof.

Anyone can call AKC and ask with the numbers and files included in the linked dropbox below.

DropBox docs came up for me, TIG. A series of 14 which show:

An AI mating took place at a Vet's on 26 Sept 2019. This recorded as being sperm from "Kaiser" (- I'll put dog's full name up in another post, want time to check the dogs mentioned out before posting further details, and don't want text of this post to disappear while I go back & forth !) to the bitch Lenga's Bella von Luce;

who apparently then became dam to the OP's bitch pup "Neeka" whose date of birth was registered with AKC as 17 October 2019. Thus making it the shortest gestation ever !

Owner of Sire has protested this is impossible, unsurprisingly. No doc to illustrate what was replied to stud owner ?

AKC Customer Support says they were investigating but that was in March LAST year, 2020. Nothing further direct from AKC, as to result of investigation, reproduced here.

DNA swabs suggested but resisted. Owner of Lenga's Bella v Luce still displaying info about Kaiser as a stud she uses 13 March '21.

Breeder wrote to owner of puppy that she'd 'forgotten' what happened;  but the pup WAS a product of an earlier mating / AI (?) between same sire & dam - no details.

Hhhhmmmmm.

Back in a bit !

Hokayyyy...  Sire comes up on PDB - he's a V3 Remo son. Don't see point in naming him here, as he seems to be 'an injured party'.

Neither mother nor daughter have listed pedigrees here.

Going to look up this breeder Helene Kohen ...

...And there is nothing prior on here about her, as far as I can see.

SO what can we do to help the OP ?  It all seems a bit unsubstantiated to conclude Helene Kohen is a scammer, rather than a disorganised person. One of the problems with AI is once you've bought some frozen sperm, it seems you can do what you like with it until it's used up ? Anyone care to comment ?

Unless the AKC agreed / belatedly agrees to take action. and we get sent evidence of that, seems to me PDB would be limited in taking this further ?

At least this topic will now stay on file here, so anyone who considers buying from the breeder is warned to look carefully at her.

This lady is a member here Lenga but has not been here since 2018, can't contact her other than by PM which would be pointless at this stage. Several pedigrees listed and comments, hopefully someone might see this and inform her and she may come on and give her side of this story.

To address a few questions that have come up;

The breeder's website is sporadically up and down.

This was not a frozen breeding with purchased semen, but a fresh collected AI from the supposed stud "Ramon".

AKC has been unable to move the investigation further as no DNA samples have ever been provided from the breeder Helene.

However since their pedigree is under question, they cannot register any offspring from the litter with AKC. You can call AKC using the reference number provided to confirm that.

Here is why I personally come into the picture. Helene, this breeder, contacted me to use my stud dog "Kaiser". She misrepresented the bitch to me as a health tested, registered dog which she is not. We struck a puppy-back deal where I would of course get full registration on the puppy I chose. To-date Helene has not received any sperm from my dog, nor will she ever. Had I not been contacted by the owner of the other sire "Ramon", then contacted AKC to confirm her story, I likely would have no idea she was planning to scam me and deceive me in this way. I would of course never breed my male to a female of disputed pedigree or to a female who did not have full undisputed AKC registration.

Since she will likely be looking for another stud, this is a warning to all other stud owners.

To the OP, thank you for sharing what you learned--at least this way, if some other stud dog owner does their homework and still chooses to become entangled in what sounds like a real mess, they can't say they weren't warned.

Just wow. I was reading this and at first was thinking possibly a mess up on dates was made till I seen the Vet reports.. Unbelievable.. You would think an experienced breeder would question themselves when a female has puppies 2 months after being inseminated instead of 4 months.. What the heck bred her female ? Why was her female in season ? Was it the same female claimed.. so many questions.
