Fred Lanting

You are walking too fast! Slow down and the wind will not paste them against the neck. Of course, if you have an interesting dog or person walking in front of it, the air will be loosened up and not press the ears back... try it.

Fred, what is your viewpoint on how the handler his own self walks? I'm thinking he has a wedgie he is trying to get loose. Or are his tightie whities pinching his balls, making him throw out his left knee so hard into the dog like that?

I think there must be a chronic problem with the underwear of sport dog people.

See, these last two type of answers is why I come here...to learn about wind, albeit one that comes out of the wrong orifice and about sports people having their balls pinched...brilliant...bravo.

Did someone hijack Mr. GSD's identity? Because that post makes no sense to me, totally out of context with thread intent, IMO. Agree with Hired...last 2 posts entertaining, lol.

Koots, I am happy that I am not the only one to recognize the brilliance here and that you are dazzled as well.
I have heard of this gentleman, but, I know nothing about him, but, I cannot ignore ball pinching and wind blowing that makes an adult's ears move into that position...

I'm going to say Mr. Lanting sees clearly which way the wind is blowing here.

slightly pulled-back ears signal that she's feeling friendly; but dog ears laid tightly back against the head suggest a fearful or timid reaction.

Koots and Hired Dog I'm finding those replies strange too, although the post by TWC I have very good idea why that was given.

Mr Darcy, which post of TWC are you referring to sir, the first of the second? As far as the other replies, I agree, some are strange indeed.
