I don`t understand me wrong my top 10 are based on body structure not on their progency. And it`s clear that the dogs of these years are better than the other. 1. Zamp vom Thermodos without a doubt 2. Nero vom Nöbachtal 3. Ropot van Noort 4. Niccos vom Leithawald 5. Anschy von der Magistrale 6. Pascha von der Jahnhöhe 7. Germany vom Bierstädter Hof 8. Ronda du Val d¿Anzin 9. Zala vom Fiemereck 10. Basko vom Deininghauser Park

I have no right to comment but feel strengthened as I see some of my favourite dogs mentioned. 1. Romeo von Pallas Athene, for his ability to fight the odds against the usual lines and produce Kliff and Drago. Last rating V4 at the Siegershow and I believe VA1 in Holland. What an accomplishment! 2. Kliff von Trollbachtal for being the exceptional dog he was and in his short life capable still of producing exceptional progeny. 3. Basko vom Deininghauser Park, a Kliff son, who we have to see how he is accepted when the air gets really thin. 4. Ursus von Batu, for his longlasting imprint on the breed in the future. Seems to me a great producer of dogs also in protection. 5. Rubini Kliff, Gosh, ain't he something? Another outstanding Kliff son. 6. Larus von Batu, for being such a wonderful looking dog in type and structure. He certainly had a large progeny group at the Siegershow! 7. Drago von Pallas Athene, who I would have liked to have seen entered in the Siegershow. Nice progeny but where is he? 8. Yak von Frankengold 9. Ando vom Altenberger Land. I have seen some tremendous bitches that he produces. 10. My own dog, for being a wonderful companion and having the heart of GSD. He is of course my favourite dog. Sunshine
