The pedigree does not put the mother

When I tried to register the new Dogs gives me only the name of the father and not his mother who according to them there even if it is registered and there are her other children.
Can anyone help me please?

you are wrong to write the name of the dam probably try to find it through search or other of her children, and to spell her name!
