Pedigrees not showing up

Does anyone know why my boys' mothers' pedigree wont show up on here??

I can help if you provide names of the dogs otherwise it is all a guess.

When I type in the fathers pedigree it shows up and if I type in the mothers pedigree it shows up. But only the fathers shows up on my boys pedidree.. And neither pedigrees my boy doesnt show up as their progeny..

The dam had to be linked to the pedigree. It is fixed now.

Awesome.. Thankyou.. It helps when you know how to do it.. LOL... Another question when it comes up "no information" is that because there is no record of him on here?? Like the fathers side.. I did put the details in..

If it comes up no information it either means it can't find the name(it could be just spelled wrong or is bad punctuation) or the dog is not entered in that case you can register a new dog and then link it. Use the update pedigree button to update the pedigree. Check out tutorials for more info, they are located in the upper left menu.

Not sure what you are asking about these other dogs.

No worries.. I think the problem is my computer isnt letting me go to the 2nd page of updating the pedigree.. What I was trying to do is "link" Lyntiki Tribal Warrior to Kankakee Heavens Gem as her Sire.. But my computer is fighting with me.. Thans anyway..
