where can I find the rules of breeding that imposes to the breeder owner to make x-ray to to his dog before the reproduction.

 SORRY THEIR ARE  NO RULES, JUST IN GOOD CONSCIENCE A BREEDER SHOULD DO.

In the US there are no rules, in Germany and breeding according to the true German Standard, there most certainly are.
