Why doesnt my dogs pedigree show up

I registered my dog on here and all his info is correct but no dogs show up on his pedigree?Some of the dogs on his pedigree are on the database but dont show up,could anyone tell me?

Okay I found his name. You need to put his sire and dam in the update pedigree area so the database knows who his parents are.
