So I bought this female from Marko Von Komar Gilgic over 2 months ago, got her but am still getting the run a round on the rest of the paperwork. He continues to lie to me about sending the rest of it-- Is it possible he didnt own her and thats why he cant produce the paperwork necessary for me to register her litter? If someone else owned her In april of this year please contact me so i can get this resolved, Marko apparently has no intention of sending it but continues to promise me he will!! Puppies will soon be ready to go to their new owners and I need to get this resolved, thank you all in advance---

This dog is barely 18 months old, and already has puppies ready to go to their new owners?

You may try by sending a pm to the PDB user name Demina, who is supposed to be the previous owner of this dog.check her pedigree for further details.

Did all that, Demina Hof kennels said the last saw her at 8 weeks. Her pedigree doesnt give me any info as regarding her present owner-- She was bred on her second heat cycle which if fine. the pups are now 5 weeks old and will be going home at 8

How is it fine to breed on 2nd heat cycle when the bare minimum of hips/elbows cannot be certified at that age?

Not saying when it is OK to breed just that Hips and & elbows can be done at one year.

In the USA  OFA will give a pre reading and Germany (or European Countries)

can certify at one year.

If the dog is foreign, it can take months for the registry to put the pedigree in your name and issue papers.

I have the papers, its the breeders certificate I cant get---thats why im looking for the owner to find out if they got paid and if so why havnt they signed the paperwork. not trying to get into a big debate on the right or wrong time to breed her, that bell was rung before I got her.--The issue here is why marko von komar gilgic has promised me the completed breeders certificate for weeks and if he is infact the owner why hasnt he just scanned and sent it to me!!

Who is the male she was bred to and who owns him.  Does Marko own him if so then a littler cert should be no problem if he does not then try and talk to his owner.  He may be the one not paid.

No, Marko didn't own the sire and in fact he was recently sold to someone in Canada. I have a scanned breeders certificate with the sires info on it and signed by the sires owner its the dams info thats missing. Marko insists that I should fill that out but it clearly states (in Serbian or Croatian) that the owner of the dam at time of breeding's info needs to go there, not mine-- Again he has promised time and time again to do it but wont and now wont communicate with me about it---Somethings fishy or im just getting ripped off with a litter of pups that cant be registered. nice because ive gotten deposits on 4 of them and as promised to me i have passed that along ie: they would have AKC papers---I feel like he needs to be called out here on it, I know for a fact he has done this to others, maybe I can prevent it from happening to someone else

In this instance I would think the AKC could help you You have the female and her papers.
you have to DNA her anyway and there no question she is the mother
If you have the acknowledge d proof of breeding to specific male
With contract or other proof you were buying and paid for this female bred to this male,
After all, AKC all about the money
