As for working the young dog...just letting him have some fun... not intended to be a formal prep for IPO. I called him a 'sport model' because he is cute and full of prey drive and so 'sporty', loves to train. That video was not to prove or demonstrate anything other than a youngster having fun.

 The female who bloodied the intruder that I posted pictures of is one I produced...and the man who owns her lives in the city, has her for exactly what she demonstrated she is more than capable of....protection from druggy city trash like the one she nailed sneaking up behind her owner. I have my doubts as to most on here ever seeing a dog with her capability, let alone of ever producing one.

DUKE...what you don't get is that I stay anonymous so that I can give unbiased and objective opinions instead of playing the games you see played out here. No one wants to tell the truth in order to affect a personal relationship or have someone rip them to shreds over a simple comment about a video. As long as you keep it positive...they'll love you and think you're the smartest person in the world, say anything that even resembles criticism and you're called a godless troll. Would you put it past someone who has made the types of comments that have been made to go off this forum and try to destroy someone's real life/livelihood? I wouldn't. The forum has lost a lot of knowledgeable people because the opinions and knowledge they used to share went off the computer and started to affect them personally because too many people can't just share information...they HAVE TO make it personal. You're isolated...you're in Europe, you also don't sell to the same types of people I have to play nice with in order to make a sale. Negative reviews, no matter how false or baseless they may be...will affect me greatly. I know for a fact that many people choose to stay PC and play nicey nice on this forum because they can't risk the fallback from actually speaking the truth...that's where anonymity helps.

 

Just read the constant personal attacks your buddy is making towards me...don't just skip over them because you two are "like minded" and you get a giggle out of them. If you think that lack of respect doesn't carry over to off the internet or even to private messages on this forum...you're kidding yourself. It's normal human behavior though...it's fun for a group to gang up on a single person, if you all think alike it makes it a lot easier to attack someone even on baseless claims. Truth isn't necessary...it's the attack that's the fun part.

BW, so for you making the sale is important, for me it is not, I pissed of multiple people on Facebook by stating my political point of view, and also not afraid to state my point of view in dogs here wheater people like it or not,

if people dont want to buy from me because they dont like the person I am, tough luck, I will tell it like it is, sale or not

you know, if you produce and provide what clients need there will allways be more demand than supply, so people like you and  some others who accuse me of trying to make sales here couldnot be more wrong.

furthermore, if you are talking about Joan, she is definately no buddy of mine

furthermore, I regularly work and deal with world level  people, just dont make pics and show them off to make fame, same goes for clients I work with worldwide

finally, im not in this for laugs or giggles or attacks, dont think you ever saw me getting personal on anyone

Your understanding of "personal" is way different than what the dictionary says then...

None of that has anything to do with the opinions I've presented here. How can a statement show what I am? A sport person? Very recognizable? People like me are the reason everybody still has to come to Europe? You don't know what I do or what I have bred...yet you made that statement. Maybe you're just quick to forget the things you wrote just at the top of the page.

It seems as though everyone's preference for a certain flavor of the GSD is driven by his/her own social perceptions about what is desirable ( ex: BW's " contextural aggression ", for a dog that is otherwise completely social).

So CRUMBS I would like you to ( put your " nerve bag hypothesis " to test ) go into the immediate KNOWN habitat ( aka territory ) of tiger family ( and yes although solitary, they sometimes form families ) where the have a relatively stable supply of resources ( food, water, mating, habitat, etc ) and see if you can come back here to report your results. Because an animal readily exert palpible dominance over others in his territory, is not necessarily an indication of a nerve bag as you call it. This is a natural behavior in many such animal species, and in the GSD it may have by and large been bred out by selection, Such behavior may not fir your " liability conscious" social model , but it is not wrong if others have this as a preference.

Great, now that you are aware of the meaning, you can find page after page of personal insults you have levied upon me...example '...not the brightest crayon in the box...'
So now you can answer the question asked for at least four times; how many dogs have you titled ( in IPO) ?
Being annonomous has not prevented your bias from being at the forefront.

o please, you want me to sum up all statements you made about prey versus civil, trained behaviour etc,and tell you what other sports people said the same, sorry wont do

I have about a thousand videos online of me testing, training, trailing and even showing dogs, I can back up what im talking about and what im doing

you have to stay anonymous and play nice to stay afloat, different worlds obviously

I have removed most of the personal insults from this thread as I refuse to lock yet another thread because of a certain few. No more back and forth chest thumping keep it on topic and not personal. Those that can't will be dealt with by having some time out or you can rip each other apart in PM's.

Bavarian Wagon and Joanro you have both been warned several times and are 2 of the worst offenders when it cames to personal insults. It stops now!!!! or you can both move on.
