The GSD STANDARD of 2017 looks nothing like the GSD of 1917. Standards are all politics, ego and stupidity. The only person who can speak about any GSD is a person who knows and has lived with the dog and knows more than appearance or color. White GSD are not inferior to blacks ... it's all political bs just like livers and blues. The GSD is measured best by heart and mind which is something all but those closest to them are not qualified to judge.

If i had to name one person, it'd be my father.

I have yet to meet someone on or off line that comes even close to his knowledge. He's walked the walk!
