Well this is good news. I hate airing my conflicts publicly and god knows I'm not at fault. She has emailed again saying I need to clarify that the dog was not in utero. So let me say yes that's absolutely right! And why not ! The deal was she was to be bred (in utero ) but Tracey never booked the breeding. So basically she sold a dog that was SUPPOSED TO BE BRED and never was. So now I clarified that she was not yet because she never did her part. And trust me when I say this new information is proof positive she was scamming me. As much as she wants the public not to read this I have my doubts she will wire the money. My thought is if she can afford to hire a lawyer because of my so called slander than she can afford to pay back the deposit. Any lawyer will help u for a fee ... Regardless of whether they will win. He will be laughing all the way to the bank when he hears the new information.

Oops sold me a puppy out of a dog that was suppose to be bred .. but wasn't. She has now had my money since April.

The full deposit was sent to cyndy Ellis September 16/2016 and deposited into her account yesterday September 20/2016. It was paid to be sent in us funds and cyndi is claiming her bank took $15 ( fifteen dollars ) from
The amount sent . Cyndi is neglecting to post on this website that she was sent the full amount due to the fact that her bank took $15 ( fifteen dollars) . She is also neglecting to say that her accusations are indeed false. We purchased Tana Vom schlob weitmar from a breeder in Germany November 2015. We were waiting for her to wean a litter of pups then have her shipped to Canada. We decided to leave her there and breed to count Ustinov her next heat cycle. Yes cyndy placed a deposit for a puppy from this breeding. After waiting many months for her heat cycle ( July to be precise ) we decided something was wrong with her cycling and asked for our money to be placed on another female. Cyndy was notified and her deposit was to be returned within 30 days ( August 16 / 2016 ) before the 30 day deadline cyndy claimed everything she wrote on the pedigree database. We never owned Tana, we scammed her for her deposit , we did not have 2 puppies reserved from
Count Ustinov and the lies are endless. After contacting Germany numerous times we discovered that yes Tana was sold from underneath us in April to USA . Cyndy was correct in that statement however we were not aware of this and were under the assumption we were waiting for her heat cycle to arrive. I have proof of all messages and correspondence with Germany. I contacted cyndy via phone and had a lengthy discussion and she fully understood and admitted that I too were scammed and in turn looking like we lied to cyndy not knowing Tana was sold in April.
all of my claims are true and can be backed by proof . I never scammed cyndy Ellis and I never lied about anything regarding the count breeding and I most certainly do have 2 male puppies reserved from a count breeding and I can guarantee one thing . This woman will never ever have the opportunity to ever own one of my dogs again. I truly pity the next breeder that ends up dealing with this person cyndy Ellis of California / criselhaus German shepherds .
And for anyone that feels they need proof to clarify this I would be more than happy to send it to them since pedigree database does not feel the need to delete this kind of nonsense .

Tracey, If your going to tell the story tell the truth.
The fact that you never owned Tana and took my deposit when someone else clearly owned her was not the scam I first spoke about. However that was the new information I uncovered and told people to stay tuned.
You told me you would breed your female Tana to Count and I was going to get pick pup. 3 weeks turned into months of waiting and still no heat. 3 weeks could be normal but months .. come on. You than contacted me and said you weren't going to breed to Count because you heard he wasn't getting females pregnant and was going to return my deposit. This is a stud I wanted a pup from for over a year and you kept claiming I needed to pay a deposit as others are in line for this pick male. You even told me you already had 2 or 3 others taken. So I paid. So now im thinking did she just sell my pup to someone else. Than you admitted you never even booked Count and that this is normal until ready to ship. This is ridiculous as his book could be closed, full or other issues. I was mad and you couldn't understand why.
I than contacted Counts owner and she said he has no breeding issues but they had not bred Count in quite awhile and no litters due.
You than offered me 1 of 2 male pups by Count that you stated you had bought in utero and due in 7 weeks. Again knowing I was told there were no litters due of Counts by his owner... I declined your offer. I was given several due dates for my money to be returned... changing each time we emailed. Than You claimed in your last email that you weren't emailing me again and never did and never responded to my emails from that point on AND NEVER RETURNED MY MONEY. The due date for the payment came and went with no payment and still no response to my emails.
At this point you had scammed me and ill say it again!

The only reason you contacted me and eventually paid me (minus $10) was because I went public on PDB. You had no intentions of paying me until than OR you would have been true to YOUR WORD and OUR CONTRACT.
Bottom line you took my money for months. You reneged on our contract and said you were returning my money and repeatedly failed to make the deadlines. In the end It cost me $45 to wire you the money. $15 to receive your wire back and you still haven't paid me the last $10.
The statement you showed me said $875 but the bank said it was $865. I asked if it was a mistake and they said no. They also said my account was charged $15 (nothing to do with the $10 ) to receive the payment. So it cost me $70 basically to loan you interest free $875. The extra $10 still has not been paid to my account.
As for Tana I found she was purchased by a kennel in the United States April first. I paid my payment April 18th. Tracey has made the claim now that she was scammed but has refused to say by who.
All I know is she never owned her legally and never booked a breeding to the stud .. But took my money!

Yes, I said her refund is for $865. I called the bank again to get to the reason why it shows $875 on her paperwork but my bank shows $865. Apparently there was another $10 service fee from a third party that I again got stuck with independent of the $15 service fee. So that's $70 in fees I got stuck with for a contract Tracey reneged on and I got nothing but fees in return. If she truly was only late and was trying to do right by her failure to complete the contract, she would have made sure this didn't cost me a dime. The way she handled this entire contract shows everyone how she conducts business in the dog world. I've had several kind responses and the one that surely fits is "WELCOME TO THE DOG WORLD"! OUCH!!!

I Guess I have not made myself clear. After months of waiting for my deposit to be returned... I am happy to say she returned $865. Without the help of PDB I believe I would not have my money back. THANK YOU
I'm also happy to say that a Count pup is in the works by a reputable breeder. Mums the word!
