I feel very bad for the situation that you are in and the fact that you received a dog that you are unhappy with. As I have told you in many occasions that I am in contact with the breeder and we are working on sending another male. I have since our last conversation texted you pictures of a gorgeous male that I feel you will be very happy with in which you have failed to response. I am in no way a scammers nor do I associate myself with anyone that I believe would purposely scam someone. I have sold many dogs through out the United States and I have many customers that are happy with the dogs that they have purchased through me. Unfortunately because of the way things are now any mistake is considered a SCAM! Although I do not appreciate the fact that you were sent a dog that you are not happy with I truly trust the breeders that I work with and we will as I said before make things right.

I will find a way to post all your texts to me. Swearing at me, accusing me of abusing my dogs. That I should not "F"with you. On and on. How your not going to help me. That I did this to this dog. (God knows why) I would abuse and starve this dog! How you are going to post and tell everyone I abuse my dogs. That would be pointless!
Why in the hell would I go out of my way to post this???
I begged you for you to help me. You stopped responding to me. Dragged your feet. Accused me of hurting this animal. When in fact I called you 2 days later about him. You just kept saying wait, wait.. And I have to ship this dog to you and pay another $1,600.00 for another dog. I said NO!

Look I just want a decent long haired male dog. One that is worth $3,400.00. That's all I have ever wanted. Not to be swore at. Accused of bull.

And you are still going on and on when i have told you that i have a nice long haired male for you.  I will replace the dog and yes i want fordo in return or are you expecting a new dog and want to keep fordo (a dog that you are very unhappy with) as well.  I don't expect you to pay 1600 on another dog or any other fees for that matter.   Yes, I did use the F word only because you kept on just like you are doing right now. You are correct God knows it all.   God knows that I am more than willing to help you and I will let him be judge between you and me.   I never said you starved the dog but you did tie him to a tree and he was all tangled up which probably cause him to hurt his foot and i can put that video on here as well .  What I did tell you was that you should have not done that to a dog you just received and was traumatised.  I also said you added to the trauma by tying him up. Another video that you sent shows where he was tied up and he jerked his neck as he was trying to run.  Let's see if admin would like to see those videos as well.

I'm the breeder and I was the owner of Frodo. I'm a hobby breeder from Romania(1-2 litters/year) and I have just 4 dogs at home, so I don't make this sport to win money. I work with my dogs and I have also worked with Frodo. He was a beautifull and very lovely dog.  I attach some photos and videos while Frodo it was in my kennel.

 Frodo was really attached by us and he have never got chatacter problems and he was healthy. I have also certificate from a vet!

 When the dog leaved my kennel it was in PERFECT CONDITION!!!!!!

 When I sawed the video from Nicole I was shocked!!!  I have NEVER tied out Frodo! It was a TRAUMA for him. After 5 days of travelling by car and plane without the owner the dogs are stressed. On the video Frodo hits his leg many time!!! This is not a human mode to work with dogs. The dog was taken from his home and after that he has travelled 5 days and after that tied out for first time in his life! It's not a miracle cause he has affraid! We discuss about animals with soul, not about robots!!!!

I hope he will be OK because I was really attached to this dog.

Just want to chime in and say - taking this thread down shouldn't be a condition of any settlement between the parties involved. We can edit the title to reflect an agreement but removing the thread is not an option at this point.

Hello all. I recently bought a male import show line from David. Beautiful male, I get complements all the time. I paid for him, then they even delivered the dog to my front door. "I" as a smart buyer inspected him before the person who delivered him left my house. As a responsible person I inspected him, made sure he was intact, check his confirmation stance, teeth or any defects. Let me tell you all it was such a smooth transaction. I am sorry if you got a bad dog. I m sure it is not your fault you got a bad dog, but in your part you should have taken the time to inspect him. But it doesn't matter now, what matters is that you get a dog that is healthy. I can assure you David will make it right. Even if you say it is or is not true. I hope to hear something positive about David in the near future once all this is settled. Have a great day.
