RockBottomRanch good to hear that he can be contacted.  Maybe then you can be of help to some of the members here who he will not respond to.

Read this thread and several of the others  then ask Wyzal about getting them their  money, papers or dogs/puppies that they paid for.

They may even come here to ask you themselves. 

Be nice to get some answers as he would not respond here.

Thank you western rider for your post, AMEN and AMEN!!!! Anthony must be stop for all the wrong doing he is doing to all of us!!! More people should come and tell there story. He is on face book under Anthony Seng selling puppy's/ dogs for a lot of money or go to von wyzal pet services on face book and there is Anthony selling dogs. My husband and I have worked hard and my husband is in 4 sage lung cancer and it went to his brain and he has 7 brain tumors right now he is in the hospital. I even sent pics of my husband getting his lung drain, Anthony could care less. It's ok that I send him 2000.00$ cash because Anthony wanted to save on taxes, oh yes it's all on email. Then he tells me this dog is not for you because the ear won't go up. So I said fine send the money back. Got a check from his brother Pysith Seng on a personal check of his. Took it to the bank that it came from and it was a bad check the signature did not match and there was no money to cover the check. Why are they sending personal and not a business checks out? And he has the BALLS to say they had a BAD year and won't send money back? Heard this from the grape vine, what balls he has!!! They have gotten thousands of $$$$$$$$$ from me and a lot of other hard working people out.... The IRS should no about them. How many people went thew Anthony to get a dog and send the money to Pysith Seng? How many are still being told there papers are coming? So Rock Bottom Ranch from OK city what do you ave to say now? Am sure you are a good freinds with Anthony? I would not go to you to get a GSD!!! Also you can go to ripoff.com look in the courts in OK city and go to IC3.gov. I also have had my local PD and a Detective working on this and they try to scam and lie to the PD The Detective is still waiting for Pysith and Anthony Seng to send the paper work that has my signature on, that I did not sign. More lies and more scams. When is this all gone to stop????

Also how many people have heard there papers are coming? And it's been months and never heard anything? Come on people do you relay think you are gone to get them? I have import and it does not take 7 moths or longer to get them. More lies more scams...

One more thing that people are telling me about are puppy's with bad hips. Puppy's!!! who ever heard of puppy's showing at a young age hip problems. OMG this is so bad.... Yes Anthony, people are talking to one another about there experiences with you and von wyzal, pysith seng and there is one other person I will get his name that is in with you all.

Rock bottom ranch I wish you would answer back about von wyzal. You sounded like you relay new him. I guess you would tell us what a heck of a nice guy he is, right???

Anthony is a good guy has some good dogs and some not so great. Just check pedigrees on your choice

Looks like all the members posting here and elsewhere haven't met Anthony the "good guy"!!!!!!!!

You are the second person who has come here stating that he is a good guy maybe you would like to contact him on behalf of those that need to get answers from as it seems that RockBottomRanch would not.
