Be aware of Frank Borowski & his wife they are back again on data base - Page 2

I have seen all the records and emails and am going to make a separate post here in the next day or two for all to see. Frank Borowski has taken money from these people and never sent a dog and has never refunded the considerable sum of money that he was sent for those dogs. It is shameful that people take advantage of others like this. I also have friends in Germany who are spreading the word, or already know about this man Borowski and how he cheats people. I will post again about this when I have time to write a complete accounting of what has happened here. This forum MUST warn others of people like Frank Borowski of Germany.

This is what we expect from good & honest people like you Hodie, who always support right & stand against bad guys like Borowski.

I have had dealings with the Borowski's and did not have a problem.

Herr Goke on the other hand is rude, arrogant and changes his story every time he tells it. I was present at the sieger show in 2007 and was told by Herr Goke that HE had an offer for Delma from China. NOT the Borowski's. There are atleast 3 other witnesses to this statement.

Before people make judgements on this, they should find out the REAL facts.

dallas- I extracted this from one of your previous posts when the big crooks were involved in a different cheating matter.

It seems you are a big friend of the big cheaters whom they authorized to defend them. If you continue I ll start to send documents & evidences that these people have stolen my money. If you want this to take place in public continue defending them & I will let all the board member to witness who is the biggest crook in Germany.

I am aware of what has happened in this situation. I challenged the original poster to provide proof of his claim against Borowski. He did provide proof and I am satisfied that something is "rotten in Denmark" and money was taken without pups paid for being shipped to the purchaser. Two puppies were paid for in mid-November of 2009 by someone from a country outside of Germany. I have seen the bank transfer form sending 2900 Euros from this person to Frank Borowski. I have also seen an email FROM Frank Borowski acknowledging that payment was received. I have also seen emails stating shipping reservations for the two pups, but these reservations were made twice and both times cancelled apparently by Borowki. I have also seen email from Frank Borowski that states that he would send back the money. The money has never been returned and the pups that were paid for were never sent to the purchaser in Egypt.

If Mr. Borowski wants to make this situation right, he can promptly refund the money to these two gentlemen. It is shameful that because they are in other countries that Borowski thinks he can cheat people. If there is a misunderstanding, I do not know what it is, but the right and honorable thing will be to immediately refund the money accepted for pups he did not send. Secondly, it is important that he immediately send the proper papers to the owner for the dog he did send. It is one thing that the dog he sent was skittish and no one can touch her and she is afraid of everything. It is quite another matter to repeatedly promise papers and not send them. This dog was also clearly paid for and there is a photo of the back of the pedigree showing the dog was sold.

Dallas, I don't know you, nor do I know where you live. However, I do not take complaints about cheating lightly, and if a post stating such a complaint is posted, I DO require proof before I believe it. Unfortunately, in this case, the proof is there and it demonstrates Frank Borowski to be dishonest. I asked to see all documents regarding this situation and it is clear to me that pups were paid for an never sent to the buyer. Further, this is not the first time a complaint about Borowski has been raised on this forum. The GSD world is small. If he is falsely accused, it is easy to prove with a bank transfer document posted here (and which will be verified) showing that 2900 Euros he received was refunded to the account from which it was received.

Easy! If you know Borowski, suggest that to him. Otherwise, maybe you would like to see the paper and emails that prove that these men have a legitimate complaint. If it is a misunderstanding, it has gone on since mid-November. Any reputable seller/breeder would have made great efforts by now to make things right.....I saw no evidence of that from Borowski. There is every reason for someone cheated to post here. Most of us are generally skeptical when such posts are made initially, but in this case, I asked for proof and I got it. I am satisfied that Borowski has not been honorable at all.

Finally, I have also seen posts here since those pups were sold, trying to sell them again. Again, it is up to Borowski to refund the money paid for pups that he never sent. At this point, Borowski has broken off contact with the purchasers, even though they have made it clear that they will pursue the matter in any legal way they can. If Borowski is dishonest, then there is no BETTER place to post this topic than here, because, as you know Dallas, people from all over the world will learn who is and is not an honest breeder and man.
