I have a female I bought from someone about a year ago, she is a daughter of Jet van den Heuvel x Chita z Elbu.  She is now two and a half, never bred as far as I know.  My question is, she has never had a heat cycle since I've had her and she lives inside and I have been watching, but nothing.  The woman I bought her from said she had a cycle right before I bought her and she also included a stud agreement with the sale that says I could breed her with her male if I wanted.  I don't know if I ever would breed her, but even if I wanted to, she's never had a heat cycle.  

I asked the former owner about it and she mentioned drugs, etc., which I would never do.  I have asked two different vets and one said, if she's not spayed, she will have cycles.  The second one didn't really say anything and acted as if there's nothing she could do or even check.

Does anyone here know about these bloodlines or own any dogs from these lines or has ever had a female that never cycles?
